Additionally, our skilled engineers & project managers carry out each of our projects whether it is a development or mechanical systems project with efficacy and total quality management approach. Excellence is the bar we hold ourselves to. As a 100% Women-owned & Minority-owned firm G+G is dedicated to female and minority empowerment and building a team that asserts the principles this firm is built on. Newly inducted into the UN Global Compact G+G Developers is working towards making a difference in the world through business. Such has become reality since G+G has dedicated itself towards focusing only on affordable housing development. We are just so thankful to change the lives of many victims suffering from homelessness, fleeing from abuse or persecution and fighting drug addiction both domestically in the U.S. and abroad. 

Founder & CEO

Lead by its female founder and acting Chief of Acquisitions, with 18 years in construction (Mechanical/General Contracting/CM) & real esate development & acquisitions: Ms. Jeniffer Mercedes Guerrero  is well-equiped to take this firm into the future. Utilizing her solid backround in urban development and wholesale real estate banklanding she is able to strategize and methodically analyze viable property acquisitions. It is her passion and drive that has forged this firm into success. She hopes to continue this legacy and work towards her lifelong pursuit of affordable developments to eventually significantly lower homelessness in NYC and abroad.  

Chief of Staff -Executive Assistant to CEO

Being apart of the team since inception Mr.s. Dorothy Weinstein  is Assistant to the CEO a liason between clients and management with a backround in accounting and bookeeping she is an integral part of our administrative staff. 

 Senior Project Manager 

Mr. Michael Dolce has been a part of our incredible on-site operations 

since the very beginning. With a backround in engineering and finance he has proven to be vital to our completion of projects whether they are multiresidential/mixed used/affordable housing developments, he is capable and efficient. 

 NY MLS Licensed Real Estate Broker 

Ms. Danielle Cole has over 13 years of experience as a real estate broker specializing in New York City programs for affordable housing, mixed income & low -income housing. She is consultant to our founder and her advice and expertise has helped grow our success. Some of the programs she has extensive experience among which are but not limited to: HASA, City Fheps, Fheps, Section 8, SOTA, Domestic Violence Abuse programs to name a few. Ms. Cole, is without a doubt vital to our success and we hope to continue to have her on the team. Here we believe you are only as talented as your team members are. 

 Senior Construction Manager 

Mr. Otar Koria has been in the construction industry since 2006, with a solid backround in construction and aptitude for management on and off site, it is no surprise we have come to rely on his excellence. Specializing in affordable housing and mixed use developments, he is the reason why we have completed our projects despite any complications during the construction process. 

 Senior Architect  

 Mr. Nick Netta is a registered architect whom has an extensive backround and experience in development in the states of Florida and NY. We hope we can continue to have him on board. His comparative zoning analysis have proven to be the backbone of how it is we are so well-informed to make our property acquisitions with such masterful planning and accurate projected revenues. His reputation precedes him and we are very lucky to work with such a level of expertise.
